Kevin Keogh, the PRO on Circle 4, has served on the Race Week Race Committee for several years, initially as a deputy PRO and then as PRO of a circle. He lives part of the year in Newport, Rhode Island where he is active with the New York Yacht Club Race Committee as a race officer for team racing and fleet racing events. He raced in the Etchells class for several years at American Yacht Club (Rye, NY), served on its race committee and was Commodore for two years.
